5-Day Whole Food Restart

This is a 5-day “detox” diet that eliminates foods that are common allergens, and focuses on eating whole foods for the 5-days. 
I will be offering this at least once per season. Each season includes new recipes.  The program is entirely online, including Daily Emails and a Facebook Group dedicated to supporting the program. 
The foods eliminated for the duration include:
  • Processed foods
  • red meat, pork
  • sugar (added sugars)
  • gluten
  • dairy
  • corn, white potatoes, peanuts
Foods included:
  • Chicken, turkey, fish, eggs
  • almost all vegetables (exclusions above)
  • all fruits
  • beans
  • legumes (except peanuts)
  • gluten-free grains
  • natural sugars: honey, maple syrup, stevia
