5-Day Whole Food Restart
This is a 5-day “detox” diet that eliminates foods that are common allergens, and focuses on eating whole foods for the 5-days.
I will be offering this at least once per season. Each season includes new recipes. The program is entirely online, including Daily Emails and a Facebook Group dedicated to supporting the program.
The foods eliminated for the duration include:
red meat, pork
sugar (added sugars)
corn, white potatoes, peanuts
Chicken, turkey, fish, eggs
almost all vegetables (exclusions above)
legumes (except peanuts)
natural sugars: honey, maple syrup, stevia
