Basic Chia Gel Recipe

Add berries to this gel for a healthy treat or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/3 cup Chia Seeds

Steps

  1. Add Seeds to Water into container. Mix with a wire whisk. 
  2. Wait 3 to 4 minutes then whisk again.
  3. Let mixture stand for 10 minutes before whisking again. Seal container and store in refrigerator up to two weeks.

Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

Raw Cacao powder makes this very chocolatey! Add a teaspoon of Cinnamon and/or a pinch of Cayenne for added flavor. 

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or another sweetener)
  • 1/4 Chia Seed
  • 1 Cup Milk (cow, coconut, almond, rice, etc.)

Steps

  1. Mix ingredients together with a whisk.
  2. Set aside for 10 minutes. Then whisk again.
  3. Refrigerate for 4 or more hours before serving.
