Doctors (MD, ND, DC)

Many of the practitioners below were trained in standard western medicine and expanded their practice to a more natural and holistic focus.

Dr Gregor produces copious amounts of material on the studies found in mainstream medical journals. He summarizes the existing data and gives the nitty gritty of what it means for our health and our diets.
Dr Mercola has been in the news for his very open-minded way of looking at studies and health. He’s been mocked at times but comes through with the truth. I’ve followed him for over 15 years and seen his ideas become mainstream. He is a leading edge expert and worth reviewing.
Chris Kresser is a licensed acupuncturist and a leader in the fields of ancestral health, Paleo nutrition, and functional and integrative medicine. He has written many health related articles that are shared on the website. And he has a great podcast that I have followed for the past year.
Dr. Josh Axe, DNM, DC, CNS, is a certified doctor of natural medicine, doctor of chiropractic and clinical nutritionist with a passion to help people get healthy by using food as medicine. His popular website includes content covering nutrition, natural medicine, fitness, healthy recipes, home remedies and trending health news.
Dr Murray is a Naturopathic Doctor who has published many books. I have owned several of his books and find him to be a valuable resource for natural methods for health. He follows studies on vitamins, minerals and herbals, and is a great source of realistic information when using those products for your health.
I recently found Dr Dean and read one of her books on Magnesium. She is a leading edge expert in that area and worth reading. She focuses on the great need for Magnesium, and other minerals,  in our diets, something I believe is a fact and should be addressed.
Dr Mowll is the “Diabetes Coach”. He specializes in treating diabetes naturally. He has great ideas to improve blood sugar and even reverse diabetes!
